माँ बगलामुखी मंदिर का इतिहास भारत की शक्तिपीठ परंपरा, तंत्र साधना और देवी उपासना से गहराई से जुड़ा हुआ है। यह मंदिर विशेष रूप से “दशमहाविद्याओं” में से एक देवी माँ बगलामुखी को समर्पित है, जिन्हें शत्रु-विनाश और वाणी पर नियंत्रण की देवी माना जाता है।
📜 माँ बगलामुखी का पौराणिक इतिहास
हिंदू धर्मग्रंथों के अनुसार, एक समय ब्रह्मांड में भयंकर तूफान और प्रलय जैसी स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई थी। तब भगवान Lord Vishnu ने देवी की आराधना की। उनकी तपस्या से माँ बगलामुखी प्रकट हुईं और उन्होंने अपनी शक्तियों से उस विनाश को रोक दिया।
माना जाता है कि देवी ने “स्तंभन शक्ति” (रोकने की शक्ति) प्रदान की—जिससे शत्रुओं की वाणी, बुद्धि और कार्यशक्ति को निष्क्रिय किया जा सकता है।
